Completely refurbished Vecoplan RG52-60SWU Shorty Low Noise waste grinder suitable for wood, paper and plastic applications. It has a 52” X 58” opening, 60hp motor, 15” diameter high output “Torsion Point” cutting rotor with (37) 4-way 40mm rotatable, replaceable crown cutters which grind approximately 120-140 RPM, average noise level 60-70dbA. HD construction stress-relieved shell and frame, tramp metal protection, oversized gear box and HD roller bearings. Precision hydraulic “Process Ram” with a 5HP, 2-speed pump motor, fluid “TurboCoupling”, hopper and 2” screen included. Grinder also comes with a new programmed control panel. All wear parts have been replaced, including cutters, bed knives, wipers, belts and guide rails as well as all fluids have been replaced and filters changed. Grinder has been sandblasted and freshly painted. Electric requires 480/60/3. Weighs 11,000lb with hopper and screen.
